David Beckham?s racy tattoo not safe for kids?

A magazine ad for a British supermarket chain that features David Beckham is causing a bit of an uproar, all due to one of Beckham?s rather racy tattoos. In the ad, Beckham is posing beneath copy that reads: ?Whatever your age, there?s loads of ideas and equipment here to inspire you.? The problem is that in the photo, a tattoo of Victoria Beckham in lingerie can be clearly seen on the soccer star?s forearm. Exactly what equipment did you mean?

Sainsbury?s sent out 47,000 posters as a promotion but the photo of Beckham showed the tattoo of his wife Victoria in lingerie.

The promotion allowed schools to get sports equipment in exchange for vouchers.

Said Anita Deacon, of Winshill Pre-School in Burton, Staffordshire: ?We just think it?s inappropriate. The tattoo depicts Posh Spice wearing nothing but underwear and posing provocatively.?

Mark Jackson, customer manager at Sainsbury?s told school officials that ?it?s never our intention to cause offense? and that the poster was ?an oversight on the part of our marketing team.?

Well, I say that if Beckham?s kids can handle it, other kids should be able to as well. Here?s Beckham at a recent Lakers game with son Romeo. And as you can see, the tattoo in question is just inches from the kid?s face. ?Dad, either tell mom to put on some clothes, or roll up your sleeve.?
