Memes with a Lifespan

We've all come across a few eye-rolling memes that make you want to strangle the creative genius behind them after only one or two instances. (My Little Kony comes to mind as particularly stupid.)

But I don't care about those ones, although feel free to mention the absolute worst if you must. What I really want to know what's your favourite meme, or memes? I mean ones that make you giggle, months if not years later.

I'm torn between How Is Babby Formed?, and deal with it. I'm not even allowed to put on sunglasses any more.
