Family Yoga (Children Ages 4-10) Begins on Capitol Hill ? DC ...

St. Mark's Yoga Center offers a 6-week family yoga class on Sunday afternoons from 4:30-5:15 pm starting June 3.

Family yoga offers kids a chance to practice yoga with their family members. Classes are structured like kids yoga classes with emphasis on interactive and partner poses for kids and adults to do together. We'll do age-appropriate Yoga poses, breathing, movement games, and relaxation.

Class is for children ages 4 to 10 years and their parent(s) or other favorite adult. (Younger siblings older than 3 years may also participate, but please contact Jen before registering them.) No yoga experience required for parent or child.

When:? Sundays from 4:30-5:15 pm,? June 3, 10, 17, July 8, 15, 22

Cost: $72 per 6-week session (cash, check, or Paypal), $15 per single class drop-in (cash or check only).?

Registration is per child. Class is limited to 12 children, so register early to secure your space.

Adults with a child enrolled in family yoga can attend one class on the St. Mark's Yoga Center schedule for free. Use it to make up a missed class or just try something new.

Where: St. Mark's Episcopal Church - Capitol Hill, 3rd. & A Streets, SE, Washington, DC 20003. Class will be held upstairs in the dance studio.
