Starting May 21^st, 14,000 95-gallon recycling collection carts will be distributed throughout Mansfield by Republic Services. The plan is to replace the existing 18-gallon bins that some residents currently use for recycling. June 1^st will be the last day the bins will be collected. Residents can keep them, continue to use them or put them in the cart. The new carts will be paid for by residents in the form of an additional $1.07 fee on their city utility bill.
